In stock items are dispatched within 3 working days. As a small company our number one aim is the satisfaction of our customers and we will dispatch items as soon as possible.
You can create your account by selecting the ‘My Account’ Section of our site and following the Registration instructions. If you would like to apply for a Trade Account please contact us for more information.
In order to dispatch rapidly all orders are automatically booked into our courier system, it is not possible to change an address once the order has been replaced. Sorry.

Returns and Exchanges
Unused products can be returned to us for a full refund, products which have been opened are not eligible for a refund. Postage costs for the delivery or return of an item are non refundable. If you change your mind, and the item has not yet been dispatched you can cancel at no cost. Please contact us for a returns authorisation code before sending any item back to us.
